FAT COPS; INCOMPETENT POLICE DEPARTMENT..

Im certain this would be unacceptable in any MILITARY SERVICE- FOR ANY SOLDIER HIS AGE; AND RANK; AND WEIGHT.. ? AND DUDE- WHO DRESSES YOU?   • Laura Heffelfinger Fields Weekend social drinkers are becoming a problem. I can't tell you the amount of drunk drivers I see not being pulled over and some of them must be social drinkers. They can't all be raging alcoholics. I worry about the new chief of police. Every word was "uh", "um", "uh huh." When he was on tv. The man can't even speak. How the hell is he going to do his job? His color got him his position, because off all the black people murdering other black people last year.

  • David Christopher Roach Dina Zurzolo Jenkins- seems to me that if a cop is sitting behind a desk; then we can replace them with a civilian; or if the Cop is an investigator- granted- a special skill learned throught time- assum ing they are a good investigator; that they should still be in Physical fitness- at least the same as the Military requires- so a 60 Yr Old Marine- for instance, or Soldier- whatever the requirement for that is, should be the same as for a COP.. ALSO- there should be some way that Cops have a mandatory retirement age- so that we can keep hiring New Military Veterans- to keep the Pipeline filled for replacements; and to keep young skilled Veterans with Jobs they were trained to do in the civilian transition.. http://www.militaryfactory.com/.../R-Lee-Ermey-with...

  • David Christopher Roach Laura Heffelfinger Fields- I agree that if a person drinks- they should be careful- dont go driving like a maniac; dont be weaving across 3 lanes.; and so on. I think this whole DUI scare has gotten out of hand- by specail interest that have a financial interest in arresting everybody for everything; ANd theres a lot of Prohibitionist- that since Prohibition failer; they have figured out how to try to stop people from drinking, and to wreck the lives of people who do. .The Alcohol industry- of which the State of Indiana; the ci; and the county- make MILLIONS, AND MILLIONS OF DOLARS IN TAX MONEY- fromfood and beverage taxes; to excise taxes, to sales taxes, and so on; not to mention the hundreds of thousands of jobs dependent on the BAR BUSINESSES- from the Bar owners; to the cooks, servers, Dj's, bartenders, and so on- so we pull the plug? that would be bad. AND- why let a few bad apples wreck everybody elses fun? If a person causes VEHICULAR HOMICIDE- they should be punished; obviously- life is a rsk. wrecks happen from even sober drivers- idiots putting on make-up while driving, texting/ cell phone while driving. fiddling with the GPS; Music , yoiu name it.. AND- most accidents/crashes. wrecks- are "victimless"- drunks killing themselves driving off the road; statistically speaking; AND- the number of "drunk-driving crashes- have gone down to a minimal number- even with the extreme fanatical police state tactics employed by COPS- i dont have the figure; but its not much, across 6 million Indiana Residents- thanks to education efforts BY THE BAR BUSINESS; "whiskey peddlers" AND- Drunks make good ORGAN DONORS- ??- Not enough people are dying- from whatever- that many other people cant find replacement organs- and if some drunk slams into a tree because they are stupid- well- "oka tree your in my way-- then why not? Again- leave the "druunks"; the stoners, the seatbelt scofflaws; the turn signal twits; and the rest alone, mostly; and keep the killers off the streets; ; clear the WARRANTS- 7600+- las time i checked; and save us all a lot of money.

  • David Christopher Roach AND- STOP OFF DUTY COPS FROM MOONLIGHTING AT 2ND AND 3RD JOBS- their badge shouldnt be a license to "print money" for themselves..I cant name the number of cops i used to see sitting at bars, checking ID's; and right across the room- 5 or more illegal CHERRYMSATERS- - what- GUARDING THE ILLEGAL SLOT MACHINES? NOW THATS A BAD IMAGE; AND ITS CROOKED.. - COPS know the job; the pay; the benefits. the last thing we need is exhausted cops whose judgement is impaired just as much from being drowsy; as being drunk. Reserve cops- Arent Paid- they should be the ones who do oh- HOSPITAL SECUTIRY; and so on- and OUT OF THEIR CITY POLICE UNIFORMS; AND NOT DRIVING CITY COP CARS- IF THEY ARE OFF DUTY. we not paying them the use of cars to enrich themselves at out taxpayer expense.. off duty is off duty- and if they have 2nd jobs; the job shouldnt be in a conflicting work- such as security; and so on- again- hire a veteran for those jhobs- let the cops do something else; but preferably- work their cop jobs, then find something else to do, like the rest of us.. OR- be Bounty hunters- arrest felony warrant fugitives- at least that works double duty. AND- if they are working TRAFFIC CONTROL AKA SPEED TRAPS- park right out where people can see them, check their speed; and make a note- dont use law enforcement to raise revenue. serve and protect; not ticket and collect.

WE the citizens are kept in the dark too much; too little transparency- from the one Department that has the most control over our lives; and the biggest city budget expense- the most tax dollars costing us all a COP CAR LOAD OF CASH..

  • David Christopher Roach Carolyn DeVoe- I would duggest that ALL OUR COPS- are failing us for the money we pay them; and even if they are behind a desk- they still need to be in shape- because if they are in their take home cop cars- they are always on duty- and POLICE WORK- is a unique line of work- and cops need to be physically fit- to chase suspects on foot; and they live longer. Pushup? more like a ROLL- UP.. Laura Heffelfinger Fields- I wont comment on our NEW POLICE CHIEF- HAMILTON- COLOR HAS A little to do with it- which is cynical on the part of the MAYOR, AND former police chief York. does York still have a badge? if so- then hes not truly resigned from the FWPD- - which makes his PROMOTION A LIE TO THE PEOPLE- AND- the whole police dept shake-up- is also a charade. CHIEF YORK- FAILED; THE SE QUADRANT CHIEF- 9 NOW CHIEF- FAILED- that sector was HIS RESPONSIBILITY. WHOEVER THE SECTOR COP IN SECTOR 22- is doing a lousy job as well... KICKED UPSTAIRS- i think is the operationalk verb here.. YORK, BENDER; HAMILTON, AND SO ON. AND- the COPS; AND THE FWJG- have covered up/lied to us- the RECORD IS 45 MURDERS- THAT DUDE THAT WAS FOUND OUT SOUTH BY THE AIRPORT- LOCKED IN THE TRUNK, AND BURNED ALIVE( I ASSUME- LOOKS LIKE THE WORK OF A FEW "GOODFELLAS; OR PULP FICTION- SO THERE WERE 45 MURDERS; ON YORK; BENDER; MAYOR HENRYS WATCH.. HMMM. HIDE THE FACTS; BURY THE HISTORY; COVER THEIR ASSES.. AND- PUBLISH LIES AND DISTYORTIONS- FROM OUR FINE MORNING MAIN STREET TABLOID.. the DAILY DICK.. ( dick inskeep, before he "dicks" you.." I think is their motto..)
