multiply all that by 250- 260 bucks an hour

well- 24-7- 365- as Moms HELPER; and Companion- for 13 years- well- Mom made her distribution of SOLE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE & DESIGNATED SOLE HEIR & everythng she woned- real estate; personal property; Stifel investment portfolio; 100 shares of franklin- ( which i sold for a tidy 5,000 profit); and PNC BANK ACCOUNTS
s Payment; gratitude for a job well done- my good & faitful servant-
Its nothing about what we used to joke about "well Mother always loved you beest- the old Smothers Brothers comedy schtick-
MOM made a good judgement call of where she wanted her money ETC- to go
MOM selectd me- because I have no distractions; & Mom wanted me to grow her FINANCIAL GARDEN; and make Philanthropic donations in her name to her favorite charities-
donating some of the interest ; re- investing the principle; and keeping HER LEGACY FUND INTACT
YES- THERE WAS PLENTY OF THINGS MOM & ME TALKED ABOUT- INCLUDING HOW THE IRISH; ENGLISH; FRENCH; GERMANS- ALL PASSED THEIR KINGDOMS OR QUEENDOMS TO THEIR FIRST BORN SON- CROWN PRINCE-
EXAMPLE- the QUEEN OF ENGLAND; AND PRINCE CHARLES-
I wwould joke with MOM- YES YOUR HIGHNESS- when she wanted something done

MOM ALSO talked about donating many of her "knick- knacks"- to ART LINK; FORT WAYNE MUSEUM OF ART; AND ARTS UNITED-
MOM wanted her clothse- the average ones- to go the local convents; and the nicer ones sold at fancy consignment shops
Id like to take that silver coffee pot- to a local plating shop & see how much it would cost to clean it up ( and other silver also- and have it appraised- again- antiques road show
as for Mom's furniture- not anytime soon- but Indiana Preservationist; historical society- they are always shopping for nice old furniture
Im willing to part with YOUR sewing machine dont have a van to take it anywhere- Ive saved up some peanut cans to put the accessories into

the aqua chair in the Office- is a nice old chair that was reupholstered several years ago-

OH- THE WOOD COUCH in the basement- YOU can have- once I clear a path to get it up & out of the house
NOT TO BE A DICK- but I will pick who comes into the house to remove the various furniture pieces- not this week; not next month- except the items out side-
You can even have the kitchen nook table if you buy me a suitable replacement- lots of antique furniture shops around town
