MORE FACEBOOK CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES

hi! i have a customer service complaint/ constructive criticism; that i would appreciate your prompt attention.
seems I have been having trouble with my facebook message system, sending Fb messages. the error message is saying i'm blocked for being a spammer. I'm NOT a spammer. I dont send any commercial e-mail messages, nor do i promote any products, services, or dubious schemes, or any kind. everrything i do is legal, and in accordance with state, federal, and local laws. PLEASE REMOVE THIS BLOCK IMMEDIATELY! thank you. feel free to send me a FB message explaining further why i have been labeled a "spammer"; so i can be aware of the specific circumstances/etc- so i can comply better with FB rules. I dont know who i annoyed, but of course, i'm remorseful, and it for sure wasnt intentional.

if you blocked everyone who sent friend requests to people they dont know, but would like to get to know( suchas people overseas- pen pals, etc)- Fb would be blocking 50 5 of its people. i bet if you did an audit. this is a arbitrary policy that needs to be changed.
also- for the record, my Fb messages are also messed up, due to loca "haters bullying.
I am not a spammer. i do nt have any products, ro services to sell. im nt even a business person. I Am a reporter, a journailist, and do spread the word on news stories, items of general interest, or humor satire, parody. I do not send anything to anyone that is hateful, or evil, or mean.

How can i better comply with Fb rules, when i am never given any feedback, or additional information as to why i keep getting blocked. called a spammer, and so on? I tryly want to comply, and work with your people to prevent this inconvenience. i have canceled all pendign friend requests, and so on.
please correct this problematic situation, and communicate with me, as good customer servies/relations would seem to indicate. sorry to be a black sheep /problem child. its not like i set out to do so. sometimes trouble just follows a man..
