A law that needs changed- debt collection speculation- heres MY story- so- i rented an apartment. paid them their security deposit. i got laid off my job- various times- the damm local economy; stupid business owners. etc- so anyway- rather than rack up more back rent i coant pay; AND my new rent- on the last day of my cash- I go- pay up to date; and tell them i lost my job- i cant find work, im SELF-EVICTING"- the get my paid up to date rent; the apartments spotless- move in ready the next day- AND- the keep my security deposit-
THEN- these bastards have the nerve to sue me in small claims court for "DAMAGES"( a legal term, not wreckage of apt-)- because i moved out on mY terms, rather than linger, run up more rent i cant payand get evicted by mr sheriff deputy FIFE- again-SELF EVICTED( as mitt romney might say- self deport.. lol..like the Mittster- will ever have to worry about not having any money? )-
SO- the apartment owners arent content i made it easy for them to re-rent the apartment( other than no one else is moving in, because THEY all lost their jobs too..?- THE APT MGRS- simply sell off the judgement/ ANTHONY WAYNE CREDIT AJUSTERS( HAPPY TO ADJUST YOUR CREDIT INTO THE SEWER IF YOU DONT PAY THEIR BLACKMAIL..?)- for pennies on the dollar- YOU piad the apt s up to date; they kept your deposit- didnt have to clean; paint, anything- - SO- for the next 20 yrs- your credit is screwed, unless'n you pay AWCA- evade;delay;dodge; manuver to NOT PAY them one red cent of their blackmail- COURT JUDGE ESCHOFF-BOYER- IS IN ON THIS RACKETEERING/BLACKMAILSCHEME- BUT ITS ALL SUPPOSEDLY LEGAL- and every 3rd mailing from AWCA- you have to show up for the contempt of court hearing- tell them some BS story why you didnt show up( because your honor- they are thieves, the coiurt is crooked, and yes- ihave contempt for both these blackmailers, their illegal debt; and this crooked court- make them please stop?
SO-if you fail to appear- youget charged with contempt; and they issue a BODY ATTACHEMENT WARRANT- FOR YOUR ARRESDT; POST YOUR MUGSHOT- AND THEY SEND OUT A MARKED SHERIFSS SQUAD CAR TO YOUR JOB, OR HOME- TO ARREST YOU; AND THROW YOU IN JIAL- MEANWHILE- THERES 7000 FELONY FUGITIVE WARRANTS, AND BETTER WAYS TO SPEND ALL THAT TIEM AND MONEY- ( such as making AWCA try to find you; and not waste policing cash on deadbeats/principled non-payers. Of course- you have told the o\courts and AWCA- why your not paying them- you piad up todate; the y got your deposit; AWCA paid pennies on the dollar- and they wont settle for a few pennies more than they bought this crooked judgement/ bill/debt for anyway..
so- you get the picture.. THERES WAYS AROUDNT HIS- OF COURSE- the best- is to change the laws- because the only way you can make these blood sucking parasites go away - is to pay a lawyer- to file chapter 7 bankruptcy- and make sure theres nothing else they can come after you for.. ima TURNIP; YOUR HONOR.. BIGGEST TURNIP IN THE FORT.. im laid off, seasonal, temporaty staffing, self employed, but i got no money for you- business is slow; etc- keep a few dollars in your bank account- own nothing- LIKE A GOODFELLA? LOL..- deal only in cash. we learn the game.. BUT ITS CROOKED- LEGAL, BUT IMMORAL, UNETHICAL- BUT SINCE WHEN DID LAWYERS, JUDGES, RACKETEERS, "CREDIT ADJUSTERS" ETC- EVER HAVE THOSE?
WHEW! i hope this helps others know they arent the only ones in this pickle- and theres ways to make htem go away for good- and with the current economy; post recession- no one has any money- bankruptcy is not big deal anymore- you dont have any credit anyway- and unless your buying a house- as if..)- you can get a car- lease; no money down- AFFORDABLE MONTHLY PAYMENTS( since when- and there s always some help from the govt for handouts for the poor; and speicla cases- like me- and IM a VETERAN- i risked my ass- to defned this crooked system. until i decided i wasnt going to protect this crooked system- and that my friends is another story.
