YOU GOT "ROPE-A-DOPED" BY COUNCILMAN CRAWFORD. - his stats are bogus. heres why: black folks make up maybe 25% of local city/county population, for sake of round numbers. 61% of 25 % is a relatively small number; compared to: 75% of white folks- at 21 %- of households- I dont have the number of households handy, but im sure you do- i noticed you had a map of the poverty rates of census tracts. ALL THE POOR FOLKS ARE IN THE SE QUADRANT- roughly- Washington/ Jefferson, to coliseum blvd- south to old harvester tower; east boundary- about CALHOUN ST. - to south town mall, roughly.. S ROPE- A DOPED? - CRAWFORD MADE ALL THE POOR SINGLE BLACK/MINORITY WOMEN HOUSEHOLDS - PAINTED THEM AS WELFARE QUEENS- THE SAME OLD VICIOUS RUSH LIMBAURH/FOX NEWS/TEA PARTY STEREOTYPE- when in fact- there are WAAAAY MORE WHITE WELFARE QUEENS, RUNNING ROUND FORT WAYNE. numerically speaking- ( 21% of 75%+ vs 61% of 25% ( actually more like 20 %..)..

ARENT THEY PAYING CHILD SUPPORT? white or black? of course- mst of the white chicks baby daddies have nominal jobs, whereas most of the black chicks baby daddies are locked up, for various crimes.. SPEAKING OF- D.O.C.-PRISON SYSTEM- the Racial make -up of the indiana prison system; and the USA- generically speaking- is just the reverse- 75% of the LOCK-UP is made up of minorities- MOSTLY BLACK NE; and about 25% of WHITE MALES- ( in MALE PRISONS. I havent really studied the ratio of white to black to other make-up of the ARKHAM ASYLUM/PRISON WOMENS WING.. - but im sur the racial proportions are about the same.. SO- NOT ONLY DO WOMEN EARN 70% OF A MANS WAGES, - if theyre lucky- BUT 2 INCOMES- IS ALWAYS MORE THAN ONE. and- CHILD SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS ARE GRANTED NOT E NOUGH TO LIVE ON.. AS FOR why women are single? one- they want to have children, and dont want a man around; 2- they had a man around, and he turned out to be no good for one reason or another- either unable to find suitable work, to support a family; or other- abusive, drug/alcohol addicted, or just vanished, or again- locked up..

THE BIG GANG -ROUND-UP BUST PHOTO OPS? all we hear from chief York; chief Bender; the Mayor(??)- the SHERIFF??? is "we're working on it.. yet- i read every sunday - there are about 5 police sectors that have the propsnsity to crime- and most of them are in the SE part of town. week after week after week after week. AND YET- who are listed in the JG" most wanted? petty criminals. surely NO DANGEROUS VIOLENT FELONS.. WHY? WHY ARE THE COPS INCOMPETENT? MAYBE WE NEED TO FIRE CHIEF YORK; IMPEACH THE MAYOR, AND COUNCILMAN BENDER- and get some cops that will do the job??? AND- I also read the NS- "lights and Sirens; and the FWPD>ORG police logs- SEMS THE COPS ARE GREAT AT HARASSING MOROTISTS- weekend social drinkers driving home after the game; mostly harmless stoners; coke heads- trafficking between consenting adults- no worse than any liquor/whiskey peddlers? ALL THE DANGEROUS DRUGS? WELL- ASK THE LOCAL DOCTORS- SUCH AS DOCTROCRAWFORD- HOW MANY DANGEROUS DRUGS- PAINKILLERS, SEDATIVES, ETC- HE PASSES OUT LIKE CANDY TO SICK PEOPLE? WHAT HAPPENS TO ALL THOSE DRUGS? WE have seen DEATHS FROM DOCTOR PRESCRIBED PILLS- THAT END UP ON THE STREETS, OR hs kids- RAIDING MOMMY AND DADDIYS MEDICINE CABINETS- WHICH ARE USUALY UNSECURIED..?? oh- and lets se- seat belt and turn signal scofflaws; and other p[etty an te screwups. a bunch of delinquent kids, and so on. AND ALL THE DANGEROUS VIOLENT PROFESSIONAL CAREER CRIMINALS, THUGS, AND OUT OF TOWN GANGBANGERS? BUSINESS ASUSUAL- BECAUSE THE FORT WAYNE POLICE ARE BULLIES, AND CHICKENSHIT S THAT ARE AFRAID TO TAKE A BULLET- WHICH IS A WORKING CONDITION OF THEIR JOB. THEY WOULD MUCH RATHER SPEND THEIR FREE TIME WORKING JERK-OFF SLACKER SECURITY JOBS- AT BARS, check the clearance of strippers things; and check ids at saloons to stop minors from drinking ( in bars).. and other moonlight jobs- WHICH DETRACTS FROM THEIR ALERTNESS, ETC- TO DO THEIR DAY JOBS- AS POLICE. SEEMS THAT SERIOUSLY NEEDS CHANGED.. the cops know the salary when they get hired..ANd THERES PLENTY OF MP;'S VETERANS, ETC- THAT COULD BE COPS- THAT ARENT AFRAID OF THUGS, GANGBANGERS, ETC- you get shot at enough by AL QAEDA- ETC- and our local gangsters- are nothing but pseky gnats, or cockroaches by comparison..

AND- YES- neighbors need to start ratting on the RATS. REPORT A DRUG HOUSE, SAVE A CHILD.. HMM- WHERE HAVE I HERD THAT ONE- OH YES- 1997.. AND- WHERE ARE THE PARENTS- LETTING THE POLICE INTO THEIR HOMES TO SWEEP FOR ILLEGAL GUNS? hello- desk sergeant- 422-1227- ??- Please could you come over to my house/property- and have your officers bring a drug dog, and a gun dog- and check out my home for illegal drugs, or guns? THE CITIZEN HAS PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY FROM THE NEIGHBORS- WELL- THEY CAME OVER OUT OF THE BLUE ( blue- cops,, joke.. get it?""))- AND YES- PARENTS NEED TO KEEP TRACK. same as LANDLORDS-ABSENTEE LANDLORDS ESPECIALLY. if ftw- HAD A LANDLORD ORDINANCE- WHERE FELONY/CONVICTION REC ORDS HAD TO BE RECORDED DOWNTOWN- FTW- HOUSING AUTHORITY, ETC- wel- at least the cops would know where the dirtballs are, if the landlords rented to them..     my solution- hire veterans  hot from the war- deputize them; give them the short course on policing; turn em loose..
